Background: Raghav Simha is the co-founder of Project Hum, a restaurant in Mumbai, India that works with farmers across India to ethically source produce for their kitchen but more importantly to promote farm-to-table practices, the use of local ingredients, and sustainable food practices. Raghav studied at IHM Aurangabad and is also an alumnus of MAD Academy Copenhagen. Before founding Project Hum, he worked at The Taj Campton Place in San Francisco and Eleven Madison Park in New York.
