Background: Pinky Brahma Choudhury is a filmmaker and a graduate from the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII). She is also the co-director of the Media Division at Samaj Pragati Sahyog (SPS). At SPS, she engages in participatory filmmaking in rural India, sharing the stories of farmer communities through mobile cinema as well as producing informative films for farmers in relation to SPS's fieldwork.
